Destiny

Years pass, so come the days, the minutes and the seconds. Time passes. Leaving us with a base of memories that ends up placed somewhere in the back of our mind, compartmentalized by certain events and situations, then later is the structure of what shapes our destiny. A memory can be more influential than even a spoken word. So here's to 2013 a year that, like the ones passed, will shape who I become.

Beauty

Through the darkest days come the brightest hours.
Through those hours comes the genius.
Through that genius comes the stars, the creativity, the passion, the stillness,the courage.
Through that courage comes the ability.
Through that ability comes the difference in humanity.
Through that difference comes the culture.
Through that culture comes the need.

The need to stand out.

The need to walk.
The need to talk.
The need to show.
The need to slow.
The need to pass.
The need to cross paths less traveled.
The need to find the words to show the world.

We are beautiful.

Stars

Finding the place in your heart that holds your true self is the toughest thing you will face. Discovering who you are and where your headed poses to be a challenge that takes courage and discipline to achieve. There are so many possibilities out there, don't be afraid to take charge and fallow your heart. Don't make the mistake of going somewhere you don't want to be. Shoot for the stars and fallow your dreams. You can fly if you try. Take your own path and don't be worried about what others think. If you don't reach for the stars you will never reach them, and you will regret it for the rest of your life. So just fly.

Imagery

Showing your true colors is somthing that most people struggle with. Offten times all we can think about is the people around us and the image we have to maintain wether that be good or bad. We all have something that is a part of of our personality that would shock most people. Like the hyper kid having a shy side. Or the soft spoken boy in the corner revealing his true speaking abilities by giving a speech no one could top. Instead of focusing on the imagery in life why not focus on the things that would shock them. Although it takes courage the pay off is that of honesty and truth. Color is what the imagery contains, however the colors are complex and may be deceiving as they change shade and texture. I challenge you to strip it down to the bare primary colors and let your character be the one to outshine the imagery.

Listen to see

You never hear people criticize the stars, then why do some place boundaries, stereotypes, and bars on those who can shine just as bright.

You never hear people talk down to the moon, for changing shape and keeping away from high noon to give the sun a little space.

You never see someone argue with the planets about how they orbit, or the state of their atmosphere.

Then why do so many take I apron them selves to to bring down those around them? The truth of the matter is, the people being brought down are the brightest stars of all.

Break Away

When we  look at our own life we often times only see whats in front of us. Its almost as if we have blinders on our eyes that keep us from the scenery. Think about it this way, if you were going on a long road trip and all you could see was  the road straight in front of you, then why even go. You miss out on the flowers and the terrain of the different areas. So why not break away from the general population and take off your blinders. Opening your eyes to new possibilities you would have never even considered. You will be able to say that you have tried new things. Take life for all its worth and instead of always taking the straight freeway, take the curving dirt road. Be courageous and break away.

Thoughts

Thoughts come and go from our mind regularly. Some come randomly and others come biased on others. Did you ever wonder why that happens? Perhaps it's because we need to review that memory or remember to do something. Or maybe we just look at life and allow our thoughts to wander so we can think in depth about our past, present, and future.
